Served as the Liaison between 3rd Ranger Battalion and Verizon for configuration of Blackberry devices. Served as the single point of contact for managing phones across a Battalion of over 1000 personnel for Cisco VOIP phones by the use of Cisco Unified Call Manager (CUCM).

I managed a wide variety of SATCOM devices as well as Line of Sight (LOS) radios in order to provide a battalion of over 1000 soldiers to have communications on the ground around the world. Able to configure, operate, and encrypt using a variety of different Cryptic devices.

Configured, Deployed and Maintained computers on different enclaves supporting over 1000 users. Prioritized users from critical to non critical issues by using Service Manager and phone calls. Had face to face interactions with consumers as well as remote desktop for smaller issues that arise. Maintained 3rd Ranger Battalion's reimaging work station for computers and also managed Life cycle Replacements for different hardware such as computers to network devices. Proficient in all Microsoft Office Programs as well as Microsoft Exchange Server.

In Possession of a DoD Secret Security Clearance and my CompTIA Security+ certification allowing me to attain a Level 3 Administrative account. Closely worked with 3 different enclaves and supported network routing and switching. Also managed firewalls for the different enclaves. Proficient in PowerShell Scripting and Secure CRT to manage the different enclaves.
