Over the past five months, I've had the incredible opportunity to contribute to a transformative project, focusing on the development of an end-to-end Order to Cash system. This project has not only broadened my understanding of aviation operations but has allowed me to play a pivotal role in enhancing efficiency and customer experience within the organization.In parallel, I've been working closely with the Risk Management Team, collaborating on the development of a robust Profit and Loss (PnL) framework. It's been a dynamic experience, aligning financial strategies with risk mitigation to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our operational landscape. Additionally, I've been deeply involved in stock inventory tracking, implementing solutions that optimize resource utilisation and improve overall supply chain efficiency.Retail Rotation:In this role, I am spearheading a complete overhaul of our reporting system to better align with the needs of our Account Managers and new business model.A significant part of my responsibilities is my involvement in the ongoing COMOP changeover project, a major business transformation initiative focused on pivoting our business model to a franchise model. This strategic shift aims to limit risk and increase revenue streams. As a key player in this initiative, I am developing tracking spreadsheets, coordinating with future operators on documentation, and working closely with suppliers to ensure seamless transitions.Additionally, I am optimizing profit margins without impacting volume, setting KPIs for our COCO/CODO sites for Q2 and Q3, and have assumed responsibility for the Your Performance Matters Report.

Camp Beaumont provided me with the opportunity to develop managerial skills at a young age. From the age of 20 I was managing a team of between 25-40 members of staff, whilst also having upwards of 300 children under my supervision.The day involves providing entertainment through activities for children ranging from ages 3 to 16, throughout school holidays. My role as a HGL is to be the main supervisor of the children along with leading other members of staff, many of whom are older than myself.I had a fantastic time working for Camp Beaumont and they pushed me into a Management role at a young age and leading from this I have been able to take a more advanced job at The Kings Club.

Following my work at Camp Beaumont, I was approached by the Commercial Director of King's Enterprises to be the Duty Manager at The King's Club. This role requires me to be in charge of the customer facing aspects of the business, ensuring that everything runs as smoothly as possible for the members and the rest of the staff team. Following the departure of the Assistant Manager of the club, I was also placed in charge of Memberships, which required me to file all the paperwork for the new/existing members, whilst handling the payment schedules for all of these paying members.

As someone who struggled to adapt in their first year of university, I can use my experience to benefit all the members of the society.
