Acquired by Pretty Social in February 2016. Atosho’s proprietary platform for distributed e-commerce enabled consumers to buy a product directly out of a publisher’s editorial content – whether an article, a product review, an image, or any other digital content – and the user completed the purchase right on the site. Retailers were enabled to sell products within premium editorial content for the first time.

Role covered activity for Alibaba.com, Tmall, Aliexpress and Alipay.Owner of all EMEA marketing channels, B2B and B2C. Grew active UK SME members by 70%+ p.a., and 85%+ p.a. in France, Germany, Spain, Italy. Responsibility for Aliexpress consumer marketing and product team engagement. Responsibility for Brazil and Russia market entries. Spokesperson for EMEA region promoting a consistent brand message. Formulating then executing on strategy for EMEA. Owner of EMEA buyer voice, focused on consumer experience across all products, product enhancements and additions to product portfolio.

Also managed numerous acquisitions, bolt-ons, tuck-ins, investments and partnerships worldwide focused on the US and UK, but including mainland Europe, South America, India, Hong Kong and China. Next Fifteen is a £1.2Bn ($1.7Bn) market cap, LSE listed, global communications holding company with 22 brands (over 20 by acquisition) in the technology, analytics, media and digital space with over 40 offices worldwide. Handled all US legal matters including corporate, commercial agreements, stock and option plan management, labor matters, litigation, immigration, lease management and many other legal domains across offices in San Francisco, Palo Alto, Seattle, Boston, Rochester and New York. Managed multiple acquisitions and bolt-ons. This role was done concurrently with Text 100 and Bite GC global roles.

Exited onto the London Stock Exchange. Managed the legal side of the IPO, the operational side of expansion into the US and created conflict brands and owned investor relations. Moved with the company to the US in 2000.
