Worked at a 365 bed hospital (St John's Regional Medical Center, Joplin, MO) as an interim pharmacy manager. I was responsible for Day to Day operations in the pharmacy. Some of my initiatives included: organizing the departmental purchasing to minimize outs, increase inventory turns and to decrease the inventory, and improving departmental workflow by redesigning the storage of supplies and the IV process.
