Designing and selling a high end bespoke product to suit a customers needs for years to come. Consulting with clients and carrying out all aspects of the sales experience from initial contact, though to design and product installation. Designing the best building for a customers, building relationships between myself and them to work together to ensure the garden room being constructed will meet their needs, be it office or living space while also creating a beautifully individual structure to fit into a garden space. My role involves managing a show site which I set from the start up along with a set of builders and operations managers.

I am responsible for the training and development of both qualified and more inexperienced staff and instructors, across a wide range of sporting disciplines. As well as their development in becoming more competent and capable instructors, this position also incorporates ongoing training to very high standards in order to deliver the best coaching and tuition available in a centre that operates at a high level of safety and efficiency.

This position within the company involved not only the day to day running of the centre but also the planning and coordinating of large corporate events (up to 180 people). The role involved ensuring staff were teaching and running sessions to the highest level, that equipment and the centre itself were maintained to a safe and professional standard, dealing with any issues arising in the day to day operation whether a breakage, first aid issue or marketing query.

Having worked in both UK and overseas centres teaching a range of sports to a variety of people of all ages and abilities, whether able bodied, adult or child I have developed an ability to understand, communicate and develop situations to suit everybody whether it be for a lesson or onward sales.

My responsibilities included providing exceptional customer service in line with the company standards and procedures, and ensuring that the catering and hospitality services in the chalet met the expected high standards of both guests and the company.
