Since joining LiveSwitch, my role has expanded from Chief Product Officer, building out our LiveSwitch platform, to Chief Revenue Officer, directing the team toward enterprise, partnership, and mid-market revenue. These roles have allowed me to expand my leadership roles across many significant parts of the business.

As Chief Product Officer, I lead product strategy and software engineering at LiveSwitch Inc - we build products that are the best and most valuable way for individuals and businesses to connect people anywhere, on the planet through live streaming, video streaming, video conferencing, and a middleware software development kit.

Responsible for driving new and current ML/AI technology initiatives across the enterprise to impact the customer buying experience.Work directly with internal groups, vendors and customers to improve or develop new technology to increase top-line revenue and save hours of work or licenses to impact bottom-line EBITDA. Communicate to CEO and direct reports on the forward looking vision and timelines to deliver technology to customers and internal groups across the enterprise. Justify technology, licenses and new projects through business case development and capital asset requests. Defend requests to CFO and executive teams to startup or continue with technology initiatives.Collaborate with customers to cater to their issues or needs to improve business and project relationships.

Managed a staff of 10 to 14 Proposal Developers and Contract Analysts in the development of proposals, contracts, rebids, preliminary agreements, work orders, and change orders. Directly managing niche roles such as Triage Managers, Coordinators, and Site and Patient Network Analysts.Manages a team that spans office-based and home-based staff across the United States and Brazil. Additionally, focus on the management of business operations initiatives and development of staff for new and continued business at QuintilesIMS.

Managed a staff of 10 to 14 Proposal and Contract Analysts in the development of proposals, contracts, rebids, start-up work orders, work orders and change orders. Managed an international team that spans office-based and home-based staff across the United States and Brazil. Additionally focused on the triage of new proposal requests, management of initiatives and development of staff for new business at Quintiles. Promoted to Line Manager and responsibilities span across numerous international initiatives.

Managed the development of proposals for new business at Quintiles. As a Senior Proposal Developer oversaw the development of Quintiles most complex opportunities. Responsibilities included managing the entire proposal process and collaborating with team members to meet aggressive timelines.

Managed the development of proposals for new business at Quintiles. As a Proposal Developer 2 oversaw the development of Quintiles new business opportunities. Responsibilities included managing the entire proposal process and collaborating with team members to meet aggressive timelines.

Held a number of different positions with Sageworks. He played a key role in helping to scale the company from 12 to 120+ employees which helped the company to be listed on the Inc. 500. Most notable position was the President of Sales for the Accounting Division overseeing 120 employees and 11 line managers reporting directly.

Business Development in start-up environment, building a new customer base targeting CPA Partner/Owners and working to secure new customers through direct business to business sales.
