Lead I&C Engineer / Senior Electrical Engineer / SME for the design of the positioning system and the TRCS (Treatment Room Control System)Major responsibilities include the following:Coordinate with multi-discipline teams to design and develop systems o Coordinate with vendors on assembly and testing o Design electrical systems o Ensure proper installation at treatment site including testing and debugging to product requirements o Create requirements and specification for software developmentIntegrate motion and safety control systems to run large gantry and nozzle systems directing the proton beam into patient tumors o Design software requirements/specifications for control systems o Manage software development for the nozzle and the gantry system.Electrical TRCS (Treatment Room Control System) o Design electrical solution and coordinate with medical/technical teams and vendors to allow setup and implementation of patient treatment plan

Engineering Project Manager/Electrical Engineer for GridSmart product lines. Manage assembly of R&D product designs as well as manage internal technicians and third party companies to manufacture, assemble and QA test the products. Design and upkeep of GridSmart assembly procedures and Bill of Materials for all the components of the product. Procure components required for assembly and establish the GridSmart product lines. Create/Upkeep of PCB Design using Altium Designer along with Board Components, Gerbers, manufacturing updates and PCB Bill of Materials. Design/upkeep of 3D model of GridSmart CPU Steel Chassis as well as camera aluminum housing for manufacture. The designs were completed in SolidWorks 2010-2012. Designed and built a camera drying chamber for drying the inside of the sealed camera housings to a dew point of -20C. Analyze and repair product RMAs identifying failure trends of the products.
