- P&L owner of more than CNY200 million annual revenue and team leader of more than 150 staff.- Manage 20 warehouses of SQM100,000, 30 transport vendors and self-owned fleet.- Responsible for customer relationship management, conducting customer satisfaction surveys, and identifying new business opportunities to create more profits.- Monitor the logistics market environment and competitors, optimize customer supply chain based on customer order structures to achieve 2% profit rate growth.

- Formulate customers’ operational performance appraisal objectives and satisfaction management system in Greater China, and promote cross-branch and cross-department business coordination development.- Develop high-tech and industrial customer business products, such as Forward storage location, personalized packaging, rail multi-modal transport and last mile delivery.- Improve procurement, quality management and risk management system, supervise the implementation of branch level, and achieve 5% annual cost saving target.- Assist Sales & Marketing Dept.in business development and bidding, provide technical support on operation model, resource optimization and quotation strategy.

- P&L owner of more than CNY100 million annual revenue and Key Account team leader of more than 50 staff.- Effective planning the projects including people, facilities, equipment, suppliers etc., and providing one-stop door-to-door import and export services to customer.- For high-tech industry customers (50%+), continue to develop business products of smart logistics, reverse logistics and green logistics.- Regular participation in industry exhibitions and logistics salons, according to the company's business characteristics, promote the integrated sales & marketing management process and full sales concept.

Leads a business environment focused on customer needs, responsible for customer satisfaction management and personalized business product development, such as bonded logistics, U-turn and on-demand delivery; and continue to monitor the operation service quality for business sustainably and healthily growth.
