I facilitated and lead after school activities at local elementary schools 3 times and week. During Friday - Sunday I also worked children sports birthday parties. I had to organize and manage anywhere from 11-25 kids at a time. During my work at after school care I had to manage kids in accordance with the elementary school staff and plan fun and engaging games that would have all kids entertained. During the birthday parties I had to schedule and plan in accordance with my employer and the parents of kids in order to have a well functioning event for all parties involved.
