Troubleshoot and remedy various facility maintenance issues in an efficient and timely manner- both those reported on facility work orders, as well as those individually identified by the Business Office. These may include electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural issues. Electrical issues include troubleshooting failed circuits, reading blueprints to locate circuit breakers, identifying failing light fixtures and ballasts, and calculating loads.Provide "real time" conference support as needs arise. This is to include rotational evening and weekend support as required.Through operation of the postage metering machine, ensure that all outgoing mail is prepared and metered in time for established mail pick ups.
