• Maintained compliant corporate filings and shareholder relations under both US and Canadian SEC and Exchange regulations.
• Operated the low grade Briggs open-pit heap leach gold mine under strict California environmental regulations producing up to 45,000 ounces of gold per year.
• Developed the structurally complex Pinson underground gold mine in Nevada producing over 20,000 ounces of gold in its first year of operation;
• Raised in excess of $85 million in development capital through equity, debt and property sales transactions;
• Provided leadership and direction for up to 300 employees and contractors;

Provided strategic, management and technical consulting services to public mining and finance companies with clients including, Apex Silver Corporation, Canyon Resources Corporation, Standard Bank Americas, Scorpio Mining Corporation and others.

Worked under a six month contract to expand RMB’s quasi debt/equity mining finance business with the junior mining sector in the Americas. Role was instrumental in highlighting the market potential and size of the junior mining sector in the America’s to overseas corporate decision makers.
