Executive leadership of the product, engineering and operations functions. Accountable for design, delivery, and run of our innovative payments and cash management solutions. Our software offers new ways of managing payments, liquidity and finance operations for the world's largest corporates and enterprises.The business has scaled to offer Bacs, UK FPS, SEPA, SWIFT and cross-border payments.

Innovation and digitisation:- Leadership of business line's blockchain and distributed ledger initiatives, including delivery of beta stage technology and industry thought leadership and speaking engagements. - Collaboration with third party Fintech providers to deliver rapid MVP to clients and ensure a constant pipeline of incremental value add solutions. Product line management:- Development of clear strategic direction for cash and foreign exchange products. - Working closely with clients and colleagues to understand customer needs and identify emerging market trends. - Prioritisation and subsequent delivery of product enhancements to meet regulatory requirements, client demand, market trends and new opportunities.
