IT Cloud Service Manager

IT Service Manager looking after Commercial, Digital & Cloud Services within Post Office.

Managing and overseeing all areas of Service Management and Operations to meet customer requirements.Ensuring a smooth interface between internal and external stakeholders to provide an optimum service to the customer.Liaising with technical and non-technical personnel; to deliver Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Acting as Point of Escalation for the customer, relating to key areas of service delivery, ensuring the correct teams are identified and engaged effectively, to ensure efficient restoration of service.Production and delivery of key performance analysis, via face-to-face and virtual presentations, to a wide-range of the client’s senior stakeholders.Effective management of highly complex relationships within the delivery, service and operational aspects of the organisation.Aligning myself with the customer’s current and future strategic business requirements, enabling me to improve and tailor the service offered, ultimately improving customer satisfaction and quality of service delivery.Management of third-party supplier relationships on behalf of the customer, striving to continuously deliver service improvements, whilst ensuring service levels are maintained.Management and oversight of the Continual Service Improvement process. This involves liaising with internal and external parties, both technical and non-technical, to identify and deliver tangible benefits to the customer on a continual basis. Management and oversight of the Customer Satisfaction Process. The role requires and re-enforces my in-depth knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the ITIL framework, applicable to IT Service Delivery.

• Liaising with the sales team or hospital staff to arrange the return of DePuy Consigned stock• Arrange and monitor collection arranged Via TNT and Investigate any failed collections • Responsible for the ordering process of expired stock ensuring all orders all placed and released within the 4 day turnaround• Validate large requests using sales analysis packages and make suggestions to reduce inventory• Development of reports to support operational needs• Manage the Logistics database • Produce and update work instructions• Ensure all hospital related queries are fulfilled in an accurate and timely manner • Update monthly KPI dashboards• Produce consignment Lists• Identify slow moving inventory• Ensure 100% inventory accuracy
