Develop and implement test-and-learn trials to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of E.ON's debt collection processes, based off robust initial insight.Perform cost/benefit evaluations of any process/policy changes implemented and use the findings to improve the success and relevance of future activity.Provide concise, audience-tailored communication to partners and decision makers in the Credit & Debt Management department, supporting a performance-focused culture by highlighting areas of strength and weakness from a wide array of metrics.Lead iterative improvement work to collection and costing models, identifying opportunities to improve the allocation of resource. Partner with Management Information and Operational Planning teams to ensure consistent and accurate reporting of all relevant data.Provide relevant insight to support decision making by senior stakeholders and the Debt Collection Analysis Manager, deputising where necessary.Collaborate with (and provide independent challenge to) finance business partners to reflect debt inflows, clearance rates and cash impacts in business plans over the MTP period.Influence the Credit Transformation programme and broader Change initiatives to promote a culture of data-driven insight and decision making. Research and develop techniques that can be used to increase customer response rates and improve payment behaviour, working closely with Customer Insight and Marketing
