I'm responsible for the financial reporting on our 100+ properties across the U.S. This includes monthly, quarterly, and yearly updates on financial statements needed by lenders, buyers, and our own internal teams. Along with producing and distributing these statements, I routinely address the questions and concerns that they invite. Quarterly, I report on the cash position of all properties to our chief officers. When Aspen buys or sells a property, I act as a liaison between Aspen and the buyer/seller to create closing statements for the transaction. I communicate directly with all parties involved--including legal counsel, brokers, dispositions, etc.--to ensure I'm providing a statement that accurately describes the transaction from both sides.In 2014, I completed over 60 tax returns for Aspen's various LLCs and LPs, working directly with Aspen's controller. Similar output is expected for 2015.

I provide timely market value calculations to our Fund Accounting group after markets close, and perform research and analytics on security price movements outside of designated tolerance levels.Throughout the day I need to research and confirm pricing of new securities. This often includes communicating with clients for security-specific instructions. As a part of the new Hadley, MA branch I have trained new team members and guided them through internal databases and pricing programs.
