I provide global operational support for HyperScience system integration partners as they facilitate pre-sales proof-of-concepts, implementations and customer support cycles for HyperScience's Intelligent Document Processing platform.

I assisted customers in Australia and North America in their implementations of HyperScience's Intelligent Document Processing platform to extract typed and handwritten data from the documents using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

I ran the North American operations for MacroView, a leading provider of email management, document management and document generation solutions in Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Office. I collaborated with prospects on evaluations, and end customers on implementations and support. I also was deeply involved in the evolution of product roadmap and strategy through the move of SharePoint from On-Prem to Online.

I was elected as a Director for a two year term on the Board of the oldest and largest student-run organisation in Australia. I served as Honorary Treasurer during a period where government action removed compulsory fees, resulting in a wholesale re-evaluation of the operating model. I'm very proud to have played a part in ensuring that the USU still exists in largely the same form today - student led and run.
