I started Hoctor Refrigeration in Bendigo, back in 1997. Today, from our Melbourne base, the company services industrial clients across Melbourne, regional Australia and Asia. We’re on track to become Australia’s leading manufacturer of plate and tunnel freezers.The first client I signed up is still on our books today. That’s because I’ve always focused on satisfying customer needs and getting good outcomes. As a natural problem solver I listen closely to comprehend what’s needed and find a way. I love a challenge, and ‘can do, will do’ is how I do business.That drive and initiative means that Hoctor Refrigeration is now recognised for innovative system design. We’re a reputable one-stop shop that supports processing companies to build and manage their business. I lead a team of 40 employees who support clients across the entire plant lifecycle, in industries ranging from meat and dairy to pharmaceuticals and wineries. With natural refrigeration expertise we’re paving the way to a low emission, high efficiency future. Our customised solutions - projects, manufacturing and servicing - optimize operations for clients, whether they deploy natural or synthetic options.
