Reconciling monthly statements issued by insurance companies and the brokerage's accounting records.

I assisted the Priest-in-Charge and the Churchwardens in the fulfilment of their responsibilities. I prepared the weekly bulletin for the Sunday service - readings from the Revised Common Lectionary, prayers from the Book of Alternative Services, and the weekly announcements. I coordinated with the Director of Music and Priest on the selection of music. I prepared the section of the "Prayers of the People" devoted to the worldwide Anglican Communion, The Diocese of Toronto, and the Parish of St John, East Orangeville. I edited the annual Vestry Book, the collection of annual reports from the various committees of the Parish.I helped maintain the water system - made entries in the log, took water samples and delivered them to the University of Guelph for testing. As well, I looked after the temperature, and performed other activities related to the property.During my office hours, I transmitted telephone messages, made phone calls, wrote letters, received and sent email messages, and so on. Also, I assisted the manager of the cemetery.Prior to October, 2017, I played a major role looking after the Parish finances: A/P, bill payments, A/R, offering income, tax receipts, monthly reports to the Priest and Churchwardens, the annual report to the Congregation, and preparing for the annual audit. In addition, I completed the annual report for Charities to the CRA, and another annual report to the Diocese of Toronto.

Maintenance and implementation of Speedware projects; eg, data extracts, time measurement of assembly line processes.

Management of HP3000 Computer, databases, back-ups and retrieval, production of financial reports. Maintenance of Speedware programs, principally used for its engineering project tracking system, and its financial reporting system.
