As Head of eCommerce at Multivitamin Studio, I lead the development and execution of digital eCommerce solutions for a wide range of clients from luxury fashion retailers to the market leading electric automotive personal transport. I collaborate with client stakeholders, to drive business operational efficiencies, improving digital user experiences which result in higher conversions and increase sales. As Multivitamin celebrates its 10-year anniversary, I’m excited to share that I’ve stepped into the role of Co-Chief Operating Officer. My journey with Vitamin began in 2015 as the first dedicated Project Manager, and over the past 7 years, I’ve been privileged to help build a team of 35+ across four studios. I also led the launch and growth of Little Vitamin, which later evolved into Vitamin Commerce. Sister Agency to Vitamin London, Little Vitamin is a creative agency which was founded in 2014 to service clients eCommerce and simple, sleek and effective website needs. Little Vitamin operates in a truly nimble fashion, capable of bespoke and off the shelf products predominately on Shopify eCommerce and Wordpress platforms. LV runs with high efficiency in mind, while squeezing as much creativity out of each budget. Managing a team of 5+ creative designers, project managers, and an off-shore, but importantly in-house development team, I've built the business up to be a highly efficient operation.

In this role, I am responsible for all aspects of business operations and planning including:• Implemented improved methods of working with existing systems, researching and implementing better practises, and putting superior systems in place, using the likes of Dropbox, Redmine, Google Drive and Analytics.• Competitor Research, analysis and proposals.• Project management of mobile wedding planning iPhone App (Launched Jan 2014), called 'weddingsite'• Management of digital advertising inventory to the value of 250k, scheduling of campaigns & serving display advertising using the ad serving system AdTech.• Management of accounts worth up to 150k, campaigns and reporting for international clients as well as advertising agencies.• Work alongside in-house designers and international creative agencies to conceive, brain-storm and develop unique campaigns to deliver on user engagement targets.• Work alongside and coordinate print and marketing departments to facilitate user engagement, online, in magazines and face-to-face at exhibitions.• Oversee the Project management of events, logistics and the operational budgets of up to 20k, for numerous exhibitions throughout the country throughout the year including The National Wedding Show.• Operational Management of WeddingSite’s Supplier Finder tool, directory and leads service, and supplier support.• B2B client management, support and marketing, pulling Data, analytical reporting and distributing qualified leads to a large multi departmental sales team throughout the UK.• Scheduling of B2B marketing emails, distributing the qualified leads to the sales team, using Mail Chimp, mailing manager and E-Shot.• UAT testing, bug fixing, reporting of all issues throughout the business and website.

Sales, and business development for one of the digital arms of Archant's hotel and travel sites. 40Winks is a daily deal site, exclusively for travel getaways and hotel breaks in the UK and Europe.

Business Start-up. MyLo Deals was a local-centric group-buying/daily deal website set up in Clapham, south west London, to rival the likes of Groupon and Living Social in the hyper-local market. A core part of a small start-up team, I was responsible for business relations and development, and management of a sales team.

Founded, ran, and taught at the English language school in the centre of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain. It performed successfully for 9 months, making a profit every month. I looked to expand the company, to take on further teachers and group classes. In the end the decision was made to move back to the UK permanently and sell the company.
