- Always providing the upmost critical and attentive customer service to ensure swift reengagement of service to all end users.- Responsible for troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and thin clients for network devices.- Logging each and every incident utilizing the Remedy ticketing system to properly document or escalate tickets if needed. - Communicating with different teams to properly implement new hardware and software for end users and educate on how toproperly navigate and access the hospital network to ensure proper utilization.- Building and deploying new Windows 10 based Business Workstations (For administration use with MS Office related apps),and Clinical Workstations (For medical record keeping using Epic and other related apps) for new users or upgrades foroutdated devices around the hospital.- Troubleshooting WOWs (Workstation on Wheels) on numerous units. Specifically working with Thin Clients that usemonitors, mice, keyboards, barcode scanners, document scanners, signature pads, and speech microphones.- Actively working with various applications such as such as MS Office, Skype for Business, Zoom, Citrix, Cisco Applications(IP Communicator, Finesse, DUO Security, and AnyConnect VPN), CareWare, EZCare, Compass, MModal, LumedX, andEpic.- Use of Active Directory, SCCM, LRS (Print Management), Wyse Management (Thin Clients), Bomgar(Remote Support),Stanley AeroScout (Real-time WOW tracking), in house tools such as custom built applications and scripts to assist insolutions on a day to day basis.- Assisting with COVID-19 procedures and implementations so end users and all other personnel can continue uninterruptedworkflow accordingly.- Trained new employees on all aspects of the job.
