11/2016 - 10/2017 - A1 Assets - Recycling Center Manager - Successfully rebuilt and manage 6 functioning teams of over 25 people. Manage, teach, and direct computer technicians, lcd monitor testers, and laptop technicians in daily activities. Reconfigured over crowed warehouse to process correctly. Set up daily objectives and maintain a flowing system. Keep track of employee schedules, keep health and safety guidelines, have safe and clean working conditions, administer safety training, and hiring of new employees. Manage several people in second warehouse where I also keep the process flowing and organized.
