Co-work with Module marker, OEM/ODMs customers and support them to fix any RF and H/W issues from SONY GPS and Staccato UWB solution. Help customers to bring up production line and fix assembly issue from sample run until mass production for GPS solution. Make reference design kit for sales promo use (include Schematic, layout and sample run) Provide customer training for SONY GPS and UWB test tool and solution. Co-work with the chip vendor to know what customer they need in market and technical side, Collecting and disposition bug reports from customers, and driving corrective action to vendor. Help vendor to performing competitive analyses using available documentation and hands-on product evaluations. Writing standard operating procedure(SOP) to support customer easy to use test tool. Preparing and delivering technical presentations to customers. Help sales for promoting SONY GPS and Staccato UWB product to customer. Maintaining the Applications Engineering lab with current test equipment and demonstration capabilities.
