• Provide individual and large/small group counseling to a diverse population of middle school students on a variety of issues (anxiety, mental health first aid, relationship skills, conflict resolution, career adn college exploration etc.) • Prepare and facilitate parent education groups focusing on high school preparation, parentingchildren with anxiety, and adolescent mental health• Facilitate staff-wide trainings on student mental health and suicide prevention• Advise the RCMS Student Government Association• Plan and coordinate successful transition programming for incoming 6th grade students
