About James Hunter

Jim Hunter is Bostrom Entrepreneur-in-Residence and has taught entrepreneurship courses at the Lubar School of Business since the late 1990s. He has started several businesses, Most recently he started a mosquito trap business in 2010 that sold in 2019 for over $40 million. Today, Jim teaches an entrepreneurship course at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He uses the business experiences he’s had as material for many case studies used in class. To date, more than 2,000 students have completed this course, and many have started their own businesses. You can too!
