Current• Responsible for managing the data delivery team, including training, mentoring and performance assessments.• Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing significant upgrade and enhancement projects for the proprietary Publisher platform tool, including:o Organized meeting with client data providers and set standardization rules for file formats, vastly improving data load accuracy and saving hundreds of hours per cycle across all clients.o Devised, created and implemented automated data merge process, reducing error rate to zero, and saving 70 - 80 hours per cycle across all clients compared with the previous manual method.o Devised, created and implemented error checking code into data loading process which automatically corrected errors before being loaded into the database, saving approximately 5 hours per data load.o Overhauled a multitude of complicated, intertwined system rules at once, making them significantly easier to understand whilst perfectly maintaining the original business functions. This reduced document creation error rates to zero, saving up to six hours of issue resolution time per data load.• Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing new client onboardings into the Publisher system.• Responsible for continuing all activities from the Data Specialist role.• Held regular meetings with high level executives to discuss the vision and future of the Publisher system.
