While acting as the VoC, involved in sprint planning, business case solutioning, conceptualizing and managing Jira development epics and tickets, helping define data mapping and SSO plans, and engaging technical and non-technical audiences about those and other plans. Meet daily with the Enterprise Dev Manager, Director of Enterprise Services, and Product Managers to define SOW priorities and solutions and determine sprint planning goals utilizing client feedback.Utilized tools such as TablePlus, Postman, and Datadog to support 5 unique data ingests that comprise over 200,000 offices, teams, and agents.Redefine and manage the DNS process for the mega project team and manage the DNS zone for over 1,000 sites.

In this role, I supported cross-functional teams, customers, product delivery, and project implementation for multiple key projects. Integrating stakeholders and clients into decision-making and delivery processes with a portfolio of technical products promoted growth for real estate enterprises, brokerages, and teams. In addition to front-end product management, I developed the internal and external documentation to streamline product definitions, launch, delivery, and customer onboarding. I successfully coordinated efforts with professional services, product, implementation, the executive team, marketing, sales, support, and customer success/account management teams to lead the largest projects in the company.

As a founding member, I collaborated to provide SaaS (Software as a Service) through a leads-management CRM product marketed to real estate industry professionals. Over the last six years I structured an extensive Knowledge Base platform, coordinated all Help Desk Operations, and wrote all the internal and external copy for product documentation, digital marketing, customer support, and change management. Grew all operational groundwork from conceptualization to $3MM in annual revenue with a client base of 3,000 users.

Taught junior high and high school Math, English, Social Studies, and Science to classes of 13-24 students. In addition to curriculum planning, grading, testing, and classroom presentation, coached junior high baseball and initiated an after school exercise program.
