As a founder of several companies, James J. Ebner is an entrepreneur who has always pursued his passion for business. He has developed an interest in three main areas of business which include technology, real estate and entertainment.After college, James quickly went to work at one of the leading computer firms in the area. His focus quickly became in laserjet printer service. After working several years gaining vast knowledge of what customers were looking for and the day to day operations, James decided to start his own company, Printer Tech, LLC. This company focused on commercial laserjet printer repair, OEM and compatible cartridge sales, refurbished laserjet printer sales and managed print services. This company ran strong for nearly 12 years servicing schools, colleges, lawyer firms, doctor’s offices, payroll services, and almost any company large or small that was in need of this service before selling in 2016.Half way through his first year out of college in 1995, while working at the computer firm James decided to take the knowledge he received from his business mentor in Virginia Beach and started his first company, Ebner Inc.,T/A Wet & Wild Waverunner Rental. James also had a background in the watercraft industry from racing jet skis for several years from 1992 to 1995. This company quickly became a success and grew tremendously over the course of the next nine years before the company was sold in 2005.James J. Ebner started out in real estate at the age of 23 in 1998 buying his first income producing investment property. Over the years, he has continued to purchase pre-foreclosed, bank owned and distressed properties that he has either rented to generate income or flipped in a quick sale to generate cash flow to repeat the process. As a seasoned investor, James created Ebner Properties, LLC in 2002 which buys, renovates and manages his investment properties. James has obtained his HVAC technician certification as well as acquiring his NJ real estate license and then his NJ Broker license to be the licensed broker for his transactions as well as others in need.After being out of the watersports industry for a few years, James used his sea time to acquire a USCG Master Captain’s license of 100 gross tons and decided to form Shore Water Sports, LLC in 2008. This company was originally started with a 14 passenger USCG commercial vessel that does speedboat and dolphin watch rides throughout the day. The company has grown into a 38 passenger vessel providing the same fun and excitement today.
