In association with Mornington Yacht Club's Training and Development committee, the role has required the design and implementation of a stream lined approach for the Schools and Holiday Program's marketing. Thus, working across the existing Club platforms to deliver a combination of traditional and new strategies to increase participation in the sport of Sailing. This has extended over time expanding and maintaining enrolments in our Adult Learn to Sail and Junior and Youth programs.

Campaigning towards the 2028 Olympics in the 470 mixed two person dinghy discipline.

As a member of the State and National level sailing organisation I worked with the committee towards the outlined goals as detailed below ;"We aim to promote, grow and develop the International 420 dinghy class within Victoria.Secondly, we exist to encourage and foster the enjoyment of the sporting and recreational aspects of sailing through the use of the 420 dinghy. The third objective of the Association is to affiliate with Australian Sailing and act in accordance with the rules and directions of the International 420 Class Association, Australia Sailing and World Sailing.​"In my time, I worked with the committee to connect the organisation, improve communication methods and engagement with the broader sailing community in turn moving towards increased participation in on water sport. A key part of my work was building a new network to engage with the diverse range of stake holders through social media.Critical to this was a creating an accessible and feasible process plan for incoming committees to follow, adapt and change going forward to flow with the times and the demand of the community to best enhance sailing participation.I developed in consultation with the committee a new extensive social media marketing space via the Meta Business platform incorporating Instagram and Facebook. This has resulted in astronomical growth with following and engagement with our community increasing substantially. Moreover leading to developed interest in the Sailing community thus moving further towards the organisations primary objectives.Over the tedious Covid period in which the organisations sport suffered declining interest and engagement thus the need for intensive work on engagement. This lead to various on water and online initiatives thus adopting new ideas and concepts constantly to keep up with the changing times to nurture engagement with the sport of sailing.
