With over 24 years of military experience as a Combat Medic and a place in Senior Management and leadership. I have developed strong competencies in remote emergency medical care, leadership, logistics and critical thinking analysis. Holding a Level 7 in Management and Leadership, a Level 6 in Logistics and Distribution Management. Currently in my spare time working to qualify as an Ambulance Technician before embracing the exposure to later become a paramedic and adopt a management senior role with in the health care.Employed within senior management in the Ministry Of Defence along with climbing the ladder within the NHS Private sector. Here I can apply my military leadership and critical thinking, utilising my skills and knowledge to provide quality health care and support to military personnel and public environments in challenging and hostile situations. I am driven and motivated and thrive on delivering results in high-stress and high-risk situations, where I can use my quick analysis and critical tactical decision making to ensure the best possible outcomes for all. My goal is to leverage my military medical and management qualifications and experiences to contribute to a team or organisation that values excellence, innovation, and collaboration in the field of remote emergency medical care and management.
