My goal is to combine my practical experience with contemporary research.With more than two decades of military and leadership experience, culminating in my role as a team leader within the Australian SASR, and with multiple operational combat and non-combat deployments, my background offers a rich and diverse set of experiences to draw upon.Now, I've transitioned into the realm of leadership consulting, where I specialise in leadership development, executive leadership coaching and team building. I've already had the privilege of collaborating with a huge variety of Australian organisations, spanning the resources, finance, emergency services, military, and disability sectors.My mission is to empower organisations and individuals to unlock their full potential by enhancing engagement, retention, and productivity through effective leadership.
