Head up the People and Workplace Risk division for the wider Insurance Broking and Risk Management business, partnering with organisations to deliver:- Insurance broking services on Workers Compensation, Group Personal Accident; and other employee insurances.- Claims and injury management consulting services.- Specialist services including Self-insurance and Alternate Premium Strategies.- Risk services across Safety, Health and Wellbeing.

- Manage the Workers Compensation Insurance Program for 40,000+ employees, across Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands. This comprises of over $50M in premiums across 10+ jurisdictions and multiple insurance companies; with over 2,500 claims per year.- Manage the Employee Benefits Insurance Portfolio including Income Protection, Personal Accident & Illness, Life, Corporate Travel, Expatriate, Journey & Corporate Health Insurances; working with multiple insurers and other stakeholders across a blend of company arranged and union dictated arrangements.- Manage Group Health & Wellbeing programs including the Group Employee Assistance Program, providing support to 40,000 employees; and manage the roll out of other Group health Initiatives.- Work closely with leaders in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Safety, Sustainability and Finance.- Significant experience with the Insurance & Transitional Requirements relating to major Acquisitions & Divestments.- Sustainability Transformation Lead for major business Change Projects.

• Account Director within the Workplace Risk team.• Provide strategic advice to major clients on workers compensation management, safety, people risk and related insurance products to drive cost reduction and risk improvement.• Maintain and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients, insurers, regulators and other service providers.• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.• Identify and implement innovative premium solutions for large clients including Self Insurance, Burning Cost and Retro-Paid Loss analysis, application and management.• Work within a team environment to deliver best outcomes for the practice and the wider business.
