• Understand design requirements of the product.• Generate 3D models of components for prototypes including part and assembly drawings.• Produce 2D drawings drafting for various components at design level and production level.• Produce 3D printed models for initial dimensional verification.• Carry out the DFMEA analysis, stress analysis, of the created models.• Prepare costing sheet for the customer quotes.• Communicate with suppliers for initial quote for the part/component production.• Release the documents after strict quality inspection to the production team.• Complete certification recommended quality checks.

• Project managing engineering projects by understanding the processing function in power generation and alternative energy production.• Supervision of contracted works and selecting suppliers by maintaining BS standards and accountability of key factors in various locations of the business.• Supervision of shut-down and start up of power plants.• Assisting the sales and marketing team inside the company through design assistance and performance evaluation.• Presentation of technical projects to scheme manager, board of directors and customers at various levels of businesses.• Formulating maintenance regimes for the maintenance team.
