• Responsibilities:
• Facilitating process/administration to ensure transport operations and practices run as smoothly as possible
• Scheduling of international, domestic and local fleet vehicles according to customer requirements including the effective route-planning and on-time delivery

• Responsibilities:
• Coordinating daily routes of delivery drivers to ensure timely collections and deliveries and movement of freight to and from the airport.
• Coordinating the provision of freight services to Oil & Gas companies as well as other industries throughout the Globe.
• Preparing import/export documentation, airway bills, commercial invoices.
• Facilitating material movement planning through daily team meetings allowing every member’s input into the schedule.
• Inputting orders onto the system and creating quotations for freight.

• Utilizing various transportation provider software systems, to facilitate material movement planning and scheduling.

• Liaising with customers and service providers to ensure most suitable delivery schedules.
