I currently Manage Blue Martini which is the new and hot place in the Nairobi restaurant and night scene. I pride myself on having made this one of the most loved and frequented establishments in Nairobi because of our amazing food, service and attention to detail.

I headed over to the Belvedere Grill as a consultant before onboarding as a full time General Manager where i was able to oversee F&B and the entire business.

Headed two Restaurants owned by Interscope namely Onyx and Mugz & Brewz where i was the General Manager who oversaw all operations as well as Marketing where i helped both establishments grow to the top in the Kilimani area of Nairobi. Mugz and Brewz was my first full restaurant opportunity and i loved it especially curating experiences for the clientele.

Oversaw operations as well as Marketing for the establishment which was new at the time and grew it to be among the top in Nairobi which it still is. It was at 40Forty that i developed a passion for food as we redid the entire menu and it has been a big hit for many years.

Consulted and marketed for the Hotel which had just got a new facelift and added 96 new rooms. Dabbled a bit in F&B and this led me to my future path in Hospitality management.
