This should be documented for quality tracking• Work with program staff to document and disseminate best practices and lessons learnt• Provide technical support in planning , implementing, monitoring and evaluating program activities including writing weekly and monthly reports • Ensure the project utilize approved reporting tools.• Facilitating capacity building activities for the program implementation team including organizing and supporting economic empowerment/livelihood sources • Raising the level of awareness on social realities and empowering project beneficiaries in coming up with their own strategies and schemes to improve their living condition.
