Build long- and short-range training schedules to ensure full coverage of all aircrew, instructor, evaluator, support personnel, and supervisor positions. Assist government representative/stakeholders to maintain, update and standardize the instructor certification program and ensure instructor knowledge and presentation skills maintain current credentials. Provide oversight and direction for development of curriculum and training. Provide support for curriculum review, development and implementation for academics of Electronic Warfare (EW) training requirements. Assist in the development of new curriculum and syllabi for EW (aircrew and ground) training.

Supports the 371st Special Operations Combat Training Squadron (371 SOCTS) with the necessary Special Operation Tactical Training for the Air Commando Field Skills Course and the Air Commando Course. Delivers all mandatory academic training and provides maximum hands on instruction for AFSOC students using realistic training scenarios and practical exercises in a combat-minded training environment. All training incorporates the latest battlefield Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs). Specific courseware includes but is not limited to the following: Advanced Tactical Pistol, Advanced Tactical Weapons, Tactical Combat Casualty Care, Tactical Force Protection, and Anti-Terrorism Dynamic Defensive Driving.

Support the Munitions Coordinator in the operation of OST’s Munitions Management Program (MMP). Assist in the munitions operation and maintain assigned munitions and pyrotechnics support efforts that assure proper shipment, storage, accountability, receipt, delivery, and transportation of munitions (Hazard Classification 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, and 1.4) and other related services.

- Command senior enlisted evaluator/instructor for Air Advisor (AA) aircrew, $16M program of responsibility providing command policy, oversight, & guidance for 4 crew positions on Mi-17, UH-1N (Bell 212), MD-530, PC-12, C-208, and A-29 aircraft. - MAJCOM MI-17 and UH-1N (Bell 212) Flight Engineer evaluator--provides standard aviation aircrew to Combatant Commands - Plans/conducts standardization /evaluation site, & staff assistance visits to CONUS/OCONUS AA units supporting Geographic Combatant Commanders Areas of responsibility Selected accomplishments:• Spearheaded first ever Air Force MD-530F pilot qualification course providing Close Air Support capable aircrew for immediate deployment. • Instrumental in A-29 Super Tacano Light Air Support-Light Attack/Armed Reconnaissance (LAAR) program providing qualified instructor pilots for immediate partner nation aircraft training.

- Steers Higher headquarters Command graduate policy/oversight of 17 aircrew/six contractors & flt tng prgms--400 flying hours a year, $8M+ budget. - Executes & evaluates Non-Standard Rotary Wing (NSRW) Air Advisor training programs supporting all theater combat operations. - Plans and conducts staff assistance visit inspections, standardization and evaluation visits & site surveys of assigned Air Advisor programs ensuring 100% compliance. - Manages consolidated Mi-17/UH-1N (Bell 212) Flight Engineer production requirements for four major commands & two combat commands. Selected Accomplishments:• Rotary wing subject matter expert for Irregular Warfare (IW) Standardization and Evaluation Branch responsible for the training of over 450 US & allied aircrew. • Lead rotary wing Air Advisor for the United States Air Force, worked hand in hand with the United States Army executing a $50M annual tng budget. • Validated all training for two airframes with 20+ higher headquarters evaluations for all aircrew.

- Executes flight test and training on highly modified helicopters ensuring all flight operations were conducted within safety limits. - Managed all mission requirements for all assigned aircraft and aircrew with zero discrepancies. - Computed weight & balance and takeoff & landing data for complex flight test sorties involving unique and nonexistent flight data. -Serves as helicopter flight liaison/project aircrew to defense contractors & test engineers throughout the 96 Test Wing. - Plans and executes joint and combined missions supporting combatant commander's theater security cooperation plans. - Develops lesson plans, syllabi and bilingually instructs partner nation (PN) counterparts in combat operations. - Assesses, trains, advises, and assists PNs in airpower application. - Standardization and evaluation flight engineer; conducts flight evaluations for all assigned crew members on 3 separate airframes. Selected Accomplishments:• Trained 50+ PN aircrew members on Huey II helicopter combat employment. • Pivotal for procurement of $30M Mi-17 aid package for Special Operations Command Central high priority country. Selected accomplishments:• Excelled in deployment to Iraq; provided training to Iraqi Air Force, created and implemented 8 aircraft system training classes, developed first-ever flight engineer / aerial gunner training, tested new PKM weapon systems on UH-1H II aircraft and improved overall capabilities and readiness. • Directly contributed to team readiness by meeting training and certification / qualification requirements. Led development of Aircrew Liaison Officer (ALO) program from the ground up. • Instrumental to successful procurement of critical new PKM machine guns and updated equipment. Provided security as escort for transfer of $850K in payroll funds through hostile environment.

- Supervises and instructs both formal school students and permanent party instructors and candidates in contact, emergency procedures, search and rescue tactics, unprepared area/remote operations, tactical mission events including night vision goggle operations, low-level flight operations, and alternate insertion and extraction operations including hoist, fast rope, rope ladder, and rappel operations.Selected accomplishments:• Recognized for academic excellence by earning the Basic Helicopter Flight Engineer Distinguished Graduate.• Performed to a rating of “Exceptionally Qualified” for a mission evaluation received during a Wing ORI.

- Determines serviceability, potential hazards, and possible deterioration of munitions assets by performing detailed inspections to include observing testing analyzing and classify munitions. - Determines and assigns appropriate condition codes to all munitions assets as directed by applicable technical orders. - Initiates maintains and processes applicable documentation and historical records. - Coordinates restricted and suspended maintenance actions as directed by applicable technical orders. Selected accomplishments:• Inspected 1400 high explosive mines, grenades, flares, and 40 MM ammunition over a four day period leading to discovery of a claymore mine with exposed C-4 explosive material. Removed item for immediate EOD disposal. • Deployed to Prince Sultan airbase, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in direct support of the 61st AS; oversaw the successful transfer and redeployment of over 2000 critical munitions assets.• coordinated a flight chief directive to perform special inspections of all the base stock and custody dynamite. Orchestrated the flights emergency response, leading to disposal of unstable assets in three hours.

- Perform surveillance inspections on all munitions assets received, stored, maintain, issued or shipped to determine serviceability, potential hazards and possible deterioration. These duties include observing, testing, analyzing and classify munitions. - Determines and assigns appropriate condition codes for over 775 million worth of munition assets as directed by applicable technical orders. Selected accomplishments:• Instrumental in maintenance and management of war reserve material munitions while supporting the 31st Special Operations Squadron participating in the July 1998 Bantam Run Special Operations Forces exercise at Kaneohe Bay Hawaii.• Key player in 31st Special Operations Squadron Operational Readiness Inspection during October 1998 at Taegue airbase, Korea resulting in excellent rating while supporting aircraft weapons and ammunition inspections, delivery, and courtesy storage.

- Responsible to NCOIC of conventional maintenance for the inspection, build up, maintenance, disassembly, and storage of supply point conventional munitions assigned to support the 37th bomb squadron, 77th bomb squadron, 28 bomb wing, and attachment four, 57th wing. - Completes preventative maintenance inspections on preload frames and facilities. Performed preventative maintenance, periodic inspections, and repair actions on all assigned munitions handling trailers and expendable countermeasure system dispensers. - Performed recertification and preventative maintenance inspections on chaff and flare modules. Selected Accomplishments:• Assisted the department of energy (DOE), Transportation safeguards division during the safe secure transportation (SST) priority a national defense asset, requiring a secure place to make vehicle repairs. • Completed break out, inspection, and assembly of over 2000 MK 82 general-purpose and BDU-50 practice bombs, 120 cluster bomb units, 15,000 rounds of chaff, and 500 MJU – 23 infrared countermeasure flares to support training sorties for all bomb squadron's.
