• Advised business development and strategic planning, leading and coaching a team of 40 to accelerate the development of Location-Based-Entertainment (LBE) in Asia Pacific. •Headed IP acquisition and development and real estate development, communicating with stakeholders to identify needs and develop strategic plans.• Advised the board on IP vertical in the family entertainment space of Tier 1 and Tier 2 Shopping Malls in China. •Pioneered fundraising and partnership strategies, securing funds to expand business operations and achieve goals.

• Spearheaded 3 offices in Beijing, Shanghai, and Hong Kong, overseeing an internal team of 10 to drive real estate expansion of Tesla Motors and Tesla Energy in Asia-Pacific.• Established retail, service, and bodyshop infrastructure from the ground up, enabling the successful opening of 70+ locations in the region, including 100’s of charging locations.• Managed the market entry strategy of China, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Australia. • Executed lease administration and retail finance processes to ensure successful contracting and on-time payment by using internal database management tools.• Led the design and build standards to localize products and lower the cost of the development to increase returns while maintaining quality. • Led project site delivery while fostering relationships with local and large developers to execute portfolio expansion projects within multiple assets.

• Directed the launch and operations of 120+ Visa Application Centers for the governments of the Netherlands, France, Germany, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom in over 79 countries• New Openings: 107 of the locations were acquired, designed, and built-in 9 months accross 76 countries• Secured the largest contract in company history at €900M over 9 years for the UK government and 3 new contracts of €50M+ for the governments of Switzerland, Netherlands, and Denmark• Led team of 700+ across HR, Finance, Legal, Business Dev, Operations and Tech teams

• Interviewed, hired, and trained a high-performing team in developing a robust leasing and operations strategy for a new 60,000+ square meter shopping center in Beijing’s Central Business District• Led portfolio development, expanding a client portfolio of 100+ retail brands while confirming 87% of the center; saved RMB 12M in agency fees by completing 60% of the tenant mix directly• Consistently produced high-quality results to achieve multiple promotions during tenure; previously served as Associate Director of Retail Leasing and Manager of Retail Leasing
