I have created a behavioral model (Fair But Firm) that trains parents and professionals how to work with moderate to severe behavior problems in the home setting. This non-confrontational model has proven effect in residential and in-home settings i.e. intact families, foster care, etc We specialize in moderate to severe behavior problems with children and adolescents ranging from 3-17 yrs of age. Unfortunately we do not accept clients that have a primary diagnosis of substance abuse/usage.We have launched a web based parent training and real-time coaching program that is now used throughout the country and internationally.
