Qc Chemical Laboratory Technician
CurrentConduct chemical and physical laboratory tests in making qualitative and quantitative analyses of liquids and solids materials for purpose, such as quality control. Ensure that required chemical testing is performed according established schedules. Ensure that process control tests are performed according to established schedule. Maintain control of laboratory documentations. Monitor the control charts and provide solution for out-of-control or out-of-specification situations. Maintain all equipment and apparatus in the laboratory. Maintain preparation standardization of lab solutions. Responsible for ordering of lab supplies and maintaining inventory. Responsible for calibrating equipment as necessary. Maintain a tidy work environment in the lab. Review and implementation of quality assurance requirements and testing for Aerospace Original Equipment Manufacturers specifications. Report to lab manager.
