After graduating college in 2009 with tens of thousands of dollars in student loan debt, I found myself in an uncomfortable place. Although I couldn’t change the decisions in my past, I made a decision to change my financial future. After reading, taking classes and getting mentored by some amazing financial experts, I learned how to handle my personal finances. I paid my debts, protected myself with proper insurance, built up a large emergency fund, and have learned to save and invest for my retirement and future goals. My purpose is to use my experiences and knowledge to help people avoid common mistakes while inspiring them to reach their financial goals.
