Liaison between delivery team and customer/prospect-Individual contributor role, working from home office while reporting to the Head of Solutions Engineering. Typical tasks include conducting up-front discovery of prospects’ business and technical requirements, guiding customers through the Proof of Concepts/Value (POCs/POVs), collaboration with Account Executives to present customer demos and manage technical due diligence. Lead the technical elements of pre-sales cycle and can provide technical input for RFPs/RFIs.

Responsibilities include responding to clients & prospects via email, Slack, telephone, and Cisco WebEx, delivering customer-facing support and presentations. Focus on maintaining strict confidentiality and security procedures while establishing working relationships.Tasks included installing, upgrading, and resolving Windows O/S, Applications, and peripherals, coordinating remedial repairs, preventative laptop maintenance, and Android devices, and creating and updating procedural documentation. Cultivated additional soft skills to increase customer satisfaction, seamless project deliverables and streamline our presales/post processes.o Support current and legacy deployments.o Attended AWS, Cisco, Black Hat USA, DEF CON, HPE, VMware, Fortinet events and training.  AWS Global Summit 2020 (Online Seminars/Training) Cisco Live 2020 (Seminars/Training) Forrester & Gartner Magic Quadrant research.
