Jim Ebanks has been a California real estate licensee since 1985. Jim joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1989 as a specialist in the Industrial Technology Group. He has brokered leases and sales of warehouses, distribution centers, R&D properties and manufacturing facilities. His primary geographic area of specialization includes the San Fernando Valley, Valencia and Ventura County. His experience at Realty Advisory Group has included working with government agencies and the private sector in re-zoning land for industrial development. In addition to brokering sales and leases of existing industrial facilities, he has significant experience working with developers of industrial properties. The depth of his market knowledge has enabled Jim to represent clients in significant value-added and off-market transactions. His client list includes Regent Aerospace Corporation, Avalon Investment Company, RAH Industries, Bank of Santa Clarita, WESCO Aircraft, UPS, Adler Realty Investments, Weyerhaeuser, SYSCO Corporation, MetLife, Glenair, the Los Angeles Times, Iron Mountain, Spelling Entertainment and Paramount Pictures. Jim is pro-active in his representation of clients whose perspective he understands as a broker and as a principal investor in commercial and industrial properties in Texas and Colorado. Jim's office is located in the on-site marketing center for Discovery Gateway Spectrum II. This prestigious forty-five unit state-of-the-art business campus is the largest development of its kind ever built in Valencia or the San Fernando Valley.
