Provided accounting information and assistance to operations staff, managers, and executives of the company to meet business needs. Prepared annual budget and modified as requested throughout the year. Executed unclaimed property process, including sending due diligence letters, logging results, and sending documentation to the tax group. Responsible for CY-end 1099 reporting. Handled lease payments, foreign currency transactions, and AR/AP Netting process. Performed special projects and duties as assigned.

Reconciled portfolio of assigned general ledger accounts monthly. Prepared month-end journal entries. Sent commission statements to contracted sales reps with monthly payments and worked with the reps on any issues that arose. Tracked transactions for the international distributors and confirmed when payments to them were due. Audited requests for payments from sales reps for add-on items and for start-up services. Administered purchasing card program, including issuing cards and auditing monthly statements.
