When I was younger I was only ever told that becoming a developer was the future. Now most everything is developed and all that existing software needs continuous support to ensure that businesses are able to run smoothly. My time with Miles IT taught me that technical and software support is a valuable asset to any client. I learned how to manage multiple client accounts and coordinate their requirements and needs with our IT and Development teams to ensure prompt resolution of quality issues in their software applications. I enjoyed working with my team and being provided a new puzzle to solve every day; I enjoy the details of every new incident as there’s always something new to learn. I now set my sights on the future and plan on working towards CompTIA certifications to become a more proficient support provider and eventually start working on the Cyber Security field
