Working with Finback 670 to ensure that the roughly 250,000 Lead-based Paint Risk Assessments generated by the disaster recovery efforts across the United States are in compliance with strict local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations. These operations are in place in many states including Puerto Rico, Houston, Louisiana, Missouri, South Carolina, and Florida. Additionally, working with the Forensic Environmental Consulting Team at CONNOR to review and prepare Case Analyses for pending Lead-based Paint Litigation. We investigate potential exposure points for Lead Poisoning in the Baltimore and Washington D.C. area as it relates to Lead-based Paint litigation.

Currently working as a subcontractor to the New York Rising program. Responsibilities include evaluating the scope of work for Lead-Based Paint and Asbestos related environmental mitigation projects required under HUD guidelines. Providing technical remediation recommendations regarding Lead-Based Paint remediation projects.

Working closely with Clients, Architects, and Engineers to achieve project goals in a manner acceptable to local, State, and Federal regulations; from from client management, to the analysis of properties through site inspections and mapping tools, to representation at regulatory meetings, to site plan preparation and the construction of 3D models of the project.

Coordinating labor and materiel at the worksite on a daily basis.
