Job Function: • Overseas function of Maintenance Personnel’s to ensure proper execution of preventive / corrective maintenance of any equipment.• Check, familiarize and monitor Chiller, Cooling Tower, AHU and all equipments to function properly.• Ensure correct schedule of mobilizing equipments based on its opening and Closing schedule.• Conduct monthly electricity and water reading in all tenants• Coordinates with contractors and make a certification report after a thorough review of their finished works• Updates Fire Safety Maintenance Report after testing and checking all fire Safety equipment of the building
