• Check, familiarize and monitor Chiller, Cooling Tower, AHU and all equipments to function properly.
• Ensure correct schedule of mobilizing equipments based on its opening and Closing schedule.
• Conduct monthly electricity and water reading in all tenants
• Coordinates with contractors and make a certification report after a thorough review of their finished works
