Landers has served in the top leadership of several organizations over his career, where he was involved in the building and executing platforms of significant growth, brand building and investor return. The founder of Aspen Venture Group, a fully integrated finance, development, construction and marketing agency, James has successful experience leading all aspects of complex and challenging urban infill projects. Examples include Brownstones, Sanderlings, Course Collection, and 801 Conway.Previously James founded and served as the executive manager of one of the regions' most successful urban infill real estate development firms, High Point Development. His firm completed dozens of residential projects, with a combined valuation of more than two hundred million dollars. Before he founded High Point Development, James spent 4 years at LandCraft Development and was instrumental in the growth of the organization into various facets of real estate endeavors with a primary focus on acquisition and feasibility analysis. Earlier in his career, James worked for a leading technology firm, NCR Corporation, enjoying success in the area of Sales and Marketing prior to launching Total Events Solution. James has built and led sales teams, developed new services and continually takes ideas from concept to sale.
