Oversee the planning, scheduling, surveys, designs, etc. of the Hawaii Team, all as needed to deliver a complete product to our various clients, such as Hawaiian Telcom, Lumen, Servpac, Sandwich Isles Communications and others.In conjunction with the managing role, I also complete numerous engineering task needed for all clients, including various FTTx designs for aerial, underground and MDU scenarios, copper designs when necessary and keeping up to date with a multitude of different manufacturers products to ensure sufficient designs.

Copper, fiber optic and various duct engineering and inspection services for telecommunications companies such as Hawaiian Telcom, Sandwich Isles Communications, Lumen, Servpac and American Samoa Telecommunications Authority (ASTCA). Including, but not limited to: field verification of new underground and aerial projects; copper/fiber design preparation & plan approval, cost estimates, project bidding, USDA-RUS contract preparation, construction coordination with various parties, project acceptance, etc., all items as necessary for each project from beginning to end to ensure a successful completion.

Duties included, but not limited to: overseeing and maintaining inmates both in general population as well as solitary confinement; armed perimeter patrol and inmate transport, etc.

Although briefly employed by S&H Associates, I completed many essential tasks including: verifying work completed by numerous construction crews was in accordance to the client’s standards and specifications; noting any changes on the staking sheets; ensured a safe working environment for crews and public, etc.

Bunkie, Louisiana

Duties included construction and installation, as well as maintenance of commercial business signs. During my employment I travelled with crew members to various locations assisting in the installation and maintenance of business signs, including erecting the sign, installing electrical facilities, diagnostics, and turn-up.

Engineering and inspection services for telecommunications companies including CenturyTel, TDS and other independent telephone companies, located in Indiana, Wisconsin, Alabama, New Mexico and Colorado. Work included, but not limited to: providing construction oversight/inspection on multiple OSP construction projects for copper, fiber and duct facilities; updating record maps; routine engineering and OSP design for both underground and aerial facilities; paperwork required for RUS funded projects; right-of-way acquisition and easement preparation with various agencies/property owners, etc.
