Vice President : Citi Commercial Cards : Global Client Executive
CurrentI returned to Citi's Commercial Card Client Executive team in October of 2018 with an initial focus on clients within our State & Local Government, Higher Education, and Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) portfolio. My clients included the State of New York which covered 75 state agencies, 20 agencies of New York City, plus 250 political subdivisions (such as school districts, police and fire departments, etc.), Harvard University, the United Nations, and the World Bank. For each of these groups, I worked to ensure our card products continued to meet the needs of their employees both domestically and globally while also introducing new solutions. Since the first quarter of 2022, my primary focus has been Cit's global relationship with General Electric because of their decision to split into three independent companies named GE HealthCare, GE Vernova, and GE Aerospace. As a result, have worked in partnership with the different client and Citi teams to define the unique requirements of the spin-offs in order to transition each entity to an independent card program with all having greater than 30,000 credit cards issued globally. The transition has required the daily coordination of multitude internal departments such as Legal, Risk, Product Management, Pricing, Onboarding, and Client Operations to ensure all teams are aware of the project complexities and can opine on the challenges. Regardless of the client, in my role as a Client Executive, I work to understand the nuances of their organization and the importance that our Commercial Cards products play to support their travel and entertainment and procurement needs. Our goal is to help streamline services to drive improved efficiency, reduce costs, and to help budgets stretch further. At the same time, I work to achieve Citi's objectives regarding revenue and profitability.
