Responsible for leading and managing the Victorian & Tasmanian Sponsorship & Events Team. This includes managing all contractual and executional matters with Lion’s major sponsorship properties including VRC, Grand Prix, Moto GP etc.• Manage sponsorship contract performance, re-negotiation, execution and issue resolution.• Effectively account manage all key sponsorship property customers and lead internal stakeholder contact matrix• Responsible for managing Sponsorship & Events trade spend budget. This includes evaluating and approving new sponsorship, charity and donation requests in line with commercial framework and state strategies.• Project leading multiple stakeholders throughout major events including caterers, logistics, supply chain, brand teams & sales.• Evaluation of key sponsorship properties – analyse and assess ROI from a sales and brand perspective• Manage event hospitality & ticketing allocation process.• Representation & attendance at key events to maintain profile and build customer engagement• Oversee Lion events warehouse including maintenance schedule and regional asset register• Responsible for two direct reports across Vic & Tas

- Partner the Heineken Brand Team to leverage the Australian Open and ensure it was executed in alignment to brand plans and in-line with Australian Open guidelines. This involves planning 6 months out to create POC activity, creating and monitoring customer volume incentive (delivered 30% uplift vs YAGO) and coordinating key hospitality events. - Part of the project team to launch Furphy into the Victorian market. Responsible for producing and implementing targeting and distribution rollout strategy across the state in line with brand plans. Providing tools to enable the sales team to hit POC Sales and Marketing targets. - Lead annual brand reviews process specific to Vic/Tas, involving key internal and external stakeholders.- Prepared and facilitated the monthly Field Leadership Briefing presentation.- Developed market insights to help empower and inform field sales team with the aim of aiding with sell-in of promotions, growing distribution and maximising opportunities during key selling periods.- Responsible for closeout reports for key activation's. These include activity evaluation, volume performance, recommendations, and stakeholder feedback.
